Built the hard way.
Nichols WD didn’t start in a boardroom or with a polished plan. It started in a closet south of Dallas, Texas, with more ambition than clarity.
That didn’t work. We could say the market wasn’t right, but in reality, the model wasn’t right. We learned quickly that doing “agency things” without conviction leads nowhere.
What stuck wasn’t the location. It was the desire to build something honest, useful, and lasting.
Today, Nichols WD is based in downtown Saint Cloud, Minnesota. We’re invested here. We show up here. And we build alongside the people and organizations shaping this community.
