Nichols WD LLC Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  1. Participation in the Nichols WD LLC Affiliate Program is open to residents of the United States who are citizens of the United States.
  2. By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you affirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

Earnings and Payouts

  1. Affiliates will earn $150 for each successful referral resulting in a paid invoice.
  2. A “successful referral” is defined as a referral that leads to a paid invoice from a referred client.
  3. Affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year are required to submit a completed W-9 form.
  4. Nichols WD LLC will issue a 1099 form to affiliates earning $600 or more per fiscal year in accordance with U.S. tax regulations.
  5. All payouts will be processed after the referred client has paid their first invoice. Payouts are subject to review and approval by Nichols WD LLC.

Responsibilities and Conduct

  1. Affiliates are responsible for acquiring referrals in an ethical and professional manner.
  2. Harassment, including but not limited to unsolicited spam messages, persistent unwanted contact, or inappropriate behavior, is strictly prohibited.
  3. Providing fake or fraudulent leads is grounds for immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
  4. Nichols WD LLC reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.

Lead Review and Approval

  1. All referred leads are subject to review by Nichols WD LLC.
  2. Nichols WD LLC reserves the right to reject any lead that does not meet its standards or appears to be fraudulent.

Payout Processing

  1. Payouts will only be processed for referrals that have been approved and have resulted in a paid invoice from the referred client.
  2. Payouts will be issued according to the schedule determined by Nichols WD LLC.

Discretionary Rights

  1. Nichols WD LLC reserves the right to amend, update, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
  2. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not establish any form of partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the affiliate and Nichols WD LLC.

Agreement Acceptance

  1. By participating in the Nichols WD LLC Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Nichols WD LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of affiliates to review them periodically.
